Text of Complaint by Ashish Kumar:

I landed in Saudi on 9th July . On around 10th or 11th July, I availed service pack of Rs. 5999, allowing me to use internet along with India calling. Meanwhile I devices cheaper and free of cost ways of calling India. On expiry of the package, Vodafone unilaterally extended packages for calling India which id never required. On realizing this on 18th August, I sent a mail to them for barring my all services, excluding SMS, since that is required for authentication in many areas including my official work.

I called their helpdesk too and requested discontinuation of all services. In spite of that they have billed me with huge amount of Rs. 12000.

This is extremely distressful and straight forward customer exploitation.  Requesting you for quick redressal.

In case of continuation, I will be forced to file damages in appropriate court of law.
