In a very simple manner, I am asking to you that why my “Rs 0.00” Rental (Lifelong 444 Renewal Plan) transfer to “Rs 99” (e-talk_99) Per Month Rental Plan.
You have clearly mentioned everywhere that that all Idea user’s earlier plan shall be remain same in Vodafone.
Then why you have cheated with me?
Why should I bear this charges as I have already taken “Life Time Incoming Free” by paid an amount to Idea on dated 23.09.2010. (Please see 2nd attachment. PW is gove5898)
I will not pay any amount except my usage charges.
