I have been using my Vodafone number since past 8 years. Since last month I have been receiving messages from Vodafone regarding recharge of ₹35 or unlimited otherwise they will restrict my outcgoun services. I recharged once for ₹35. Now this month they again sent me a message saying my outgoing services have been stopped and they wouldn’t start unless I recharge again for ₹35 or unlimited. How can they force me to recharge for a specific amount when my balance is already good amount? Isn’t this a violation of my right to choice as a consumer? What if I’m stuck somewhere and unable to make calls? Will Vodafone be responsible for any mishap? This is ridiculous.
