My account number xxxx and registered number is 98xxxx has been debited with 26518 last night. I have been made multiple promises from the bank that we are investigating and they do not have any answer for what purpose my account is beeen debited.
I have not purchased anything or anything from this account or debit card. You are informing xx007 is the debit card number whereas none of my debit card is with such number. My issue is been taken on 8oct and check the date today.
Customer service team is disconnecting my calls and no courtesy to call me back again.
For sure I m Going to raise this concern on social media and ask my family and frds to stop banking with you.
Anupa, sabha, deepika this all illiterates are your manager who are unable to get my issue resolved.
I need an answer on this. I want my money back. Or else none of my family member will deal with your bank.
You can check in the attachment how many calls I have made you but no one contacted me back.
