- I lost my sim on 19/01/2019. Immediately I want to tollygungephari vodafone store and i had collected duplicate sim. They recharged it with rupees 65 and told within 4 hours your sim will be activated. After 4 hour when my sim was not activated i called customer care complain no and they suggested to go same vodafone store. Today i want to the tollygunge phari store they told you have to convert the sim to post paid except we are unable to activate your sim.
Totally misguided me. Now i dont know what to do. This number is very important to me. Please guide me by which i can get my connection again.
