Text of Complaint by S Ashwath:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Mob No -+91 9945456550, Sim Owner Name – Vijayalakshmi.

Ms.Manasa ( Co-Ordinator) & Mr.Karthik ( Branch Manager) at Malnad Arcade, New Building, Opposite to Vinayaka Theater, BH Road, Shimoga, Karnataka 577201, both are taken relevant documents and signature to convert Prepaid to Postpaid, M/s. Vijaylakshmi is not working she is leaving with Pension Amount, She is uneducated and also she is a Widow. Without background verification ( Background Verification alternate Number is -+91 7483548423 ), she converted to Postpaid on 14/08/2019 @ 10.44

After discussion with Customer care, I co-ordinate with them on 14th Aug 2019 &  made cancellation for Postpaid, on 16th Ms. Vijaylakshmi visited office and asked for Prepaid sim, but they are taken time upto 20/08/2019 and they told to visit to office again.
Today she visited office they we in Airtel office with Ms.Manasa & Karthick from Morning to Aftertoon, but they not provide service properly.

Finally, they have given Duplicate sim and Taken alternate Contact Numer -+91 9482396817, Immediately she got OTP to activate sim, when they Inserted Sim in Phone are created one more story that is sim Registration is Failed and to wait another 4 hours, after 5 hours we called again now they are telling to Wait for another 24 hours.

Ms.Manasa & Mr.karthik Took Rs.350/- for conversion after cancellation they return back only Rs.300/- Balance Rs.50 they took for verification purposes.

What a worst service either from Airtel company because of the Slow process or Wort in Service by Airtel service Manager & Co-ordinate in Shimoga? we are upset in Service.

Please take necessary action & try to resolve on a priority basis or else please  activate we will “PORT” to another network because we are registered number to Important office and for Pension, she is struggling without Number,

We are requesting to do the needful on Priority basis,
