I wanted to port from Vodafone idea to Airtel, so I send port request. I paid the full postpaid one month bill in advance to VI. I submitted the application for Airtel sim in Airtel office.
Later I got several calls from Vodafone and lied by saying that they are from Airtel and telling me that the “request is in hold please send a message port cancel and freshly send one more request after few days”. I did that because I thought I got a call from Airtel only.
I have the proof of contact number which I got call.
