Text of Complaint by Arun Banerjee:

I am customer for Vodafone and was using smoothly in Orissa. Presently I am  in Patna and Vodafone Netwarking issue is so much , every time I have to manually select for network. The Network is very slow. This complain made by me many time to Vodafone but inspite of that they have not resolved and telephone me daily from different number and asking for clearing bill . I am not using this number for last two month but they are charging the bill on continuous basis.

My request is please resolve my issue and I can ready to pay one month bill but not three month. Please change my plan also.
