Dear Support Team,
Please find the two separate attached screenshot of message received from Vodafone of stopping outgoing services and asking for recharge of unlimited plans and another one of having main balance of Rs.30 in my Vodafone prepaid no.
How a Telecom service operator / provider forced any customer to do recharge of there choices.
Need your urgent intervention on this or else I have to port out from my current operator or else I have to file a formal case against Vodafone service provider.
