Hi,
We are having postpaid corporate connection of Vodafone the no are 9836979999,8509723231, 9474084166,9800208899 .Forcefully activate the international call tariff in my Vodafone no(9474084166) without any information . And the service person is not giving any proper response from Nov 2018 till date.We have given continuous mail to the person Saurav Ghosh (Zonal Service Manager – Siliguri). He is too irresponsible to give the proper response .Kindly please help how to get out from this problem. And we want to port out all the no .

I am from Fixfin Technologies Pvt.Ltd have taken corporate connection in this no- 9474084166 of Rs.299 rental in which unlimited phone call with 20GB data etc which we opt for but we are paying double amount for incorrect rental and also international call charge is also added to my bill which we did’t applied. You are said to adjust the over bill amount and provide us the fresh bill. And also please revise every bill before sending us because we face this problem every month.
Revert us back and do the above needful.

I am from Fixfin Technologies Pvt.Ltd have taken corporate connection.My last mail was given on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 to rectify the bill plan and reimbursement the excess bill taken but still now I don’t see any bill rectification.We have already said you to revise every bill before sending us because we face this problem every month.But without seeing your fault you suddenly disconnect the connection if we are delay in paying you the bill.It looks you don’t care of the mail and let customer do it continuously, Can I know this is how you take care of the customers.
Revert us back and do the above needful.

I did’t get reply of my mail from your end still now.Please mentioned clearly what you are going to resolve and how you will adjust excess bill amount from October 2018 till date.Either we have to complaint in consumer form to take further steps against it.Because you are list bother about anything and harassing the customer.
