I recharged my airtel prepaid sim on 3rd Nov 2020 (399 56 days) , after a while my sim got deactivated and after I contacted the service center they said that my plan has been changed to postpaid and that my current 399 plan is collapsed along with the money and I will be charged postpaid bill on the invoice date. I don’t understand that how can my plan be converted during my current plan and without any notice ? And I didn’t want any postpaid service. This is complete scam.
