1. That the complainant purchased/ordered a wireless Bluetooth earphone i.e. Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+ vide Order ID 407-3751107-3110757 from The Amazon Seller Services Private Limited Company which was delivered to the complainant on 07.05.2023 for a sum of Rs. 1098/-.
2. That the complainant opened the parcel in front of the delivery man and it was found that there was some High-Speed USB Charging Cable. Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd. did not deliver the product which the complainant ordered.
3. That after that the complainant asked the delivery man to take back the item because it was wrong product delivery as the complainant never ordered/purchased the High-speed USB charging Cable.
