Text of Complaint by Subham Dey:

Dear sir/madam,

My name is subham dey, my official and personal vodafone mobile number is 7797262601.

I’m a Monthly subscriber or user of vodafone, my recharge plan has expired on 14th mar, 2020 at 23:59hrs. Today morning i got a pop up message on my phone screen where they mentioned that recharge with RS.16 and get 1GB data for 1 day, for activation press 1. So, i activated it cause i need it! But, now i cannot use my data balance, and my available balance is 32 paisa. the money got deducted but i cannot use my data. why?

So i had to conclude anyways, i called the Vodafone customer care and explained everything, but he said i cannot use this data balance until i recharge with outgoings calls, my outgoing calls are barred.

Even he was not guiding properly during the call except repeating one sentence again and again, i got frustrated and order him to transfer my call to your senior team, but he was tricking the situation and got caught and cut the call.

where is the solution vadafone? First you beg to the customer to buy your products then you’ll misguide us by using invalid terms and conditions, So without any terms and conditioned i listend to vodafone and that is my fault, right? did you mentioned your terms and conditioned on that message screen?

How many cases are daily pendings of telecom industries like vodafone? How much money you will rob from us in the name of business instead of banditry by using false terms and conditioned?

where is the justice?

I’m sincerely requesting to Consumers Complaints Court to look forward into this matter. Thank You.
