Dear concern, it has been over a month that we are calling either customer care call center or staff to pls resolve our problem which we are facing for the past more than one month as my child’s classes are being hampered due to such link outs. Who is to be blamed as he faced problem during his online exams for which for 2 exams he had visit other place to give his exam. Now, again next week by Monday his exams are starting and still our problem of LINK is not resolved. And, if still we are not being heard for our grevience , we would be reluctant to file a major complaint in Grievence cell and senior management complaint for our concern. For any clarity call me at 9360631722 immediately and reslve our problem of link immediately.
