Hi,
My name is Avneesh Mamgain and my subscriber id is 1368726335 . I have a free one month subscription of tatasky binge also and after free subscription i initiate a cancellation request of tata sky binge on 14 april 2020 and my request got registered also attached the screenshot of received messages from tatasky.
When I iniitate a request of cancellation then also the amount of rs 249/- got deducted from my tatasky account.
I request tata sky to initate a refund in my tatasky amount but they are saying that the refund is not possible. Kindly look into this matter.
