I have ordered google pixel 7(128gb) mobile on Flipkart on 11th march 2023 and it got delivered on 13th march 2023 since we got a damaged product I gave a request by next day itself it’s going to be 1month these people don’t even care to take a replacement of that phone they are asking me to upload the picture of damaged product since it is a minor damage which cannot be captured in camera that minute ..so they are simply rejecting our request and these customer executives are worst for giving proper response they just verify the detail and they will tell concern team will call you nobody will call back I have to give a call back request every time and I have to Simply spend 1hr time to them it’s completely waste of time for me.,Atleast after this complaint I hope somebody will reach me asap
