was traveling dehradun from Delhi ISBT. I had booked the ticket from paytm with name of Himanshu Rawat , 2 seat number PNR no. 7411976 in NueGo bus service . When I reached the boarding point 11:00 am and searching out the bus with bus and I call the cabin host in 11:am but he was not picking my phone and yesterday I raised the complaint #GCM/SA/928070 but he was told me can not be refund 1200 Rs your Neugo bus service is so poor and worst request you to kindly refund my full amount
