I am an Airtel thanks app user. I had made a payment on app for LPG gas cylinder booking. which had been deducted from my bank account and did not transferred to the beneficiery account. I had contacted bank branch many times but they are unable to refund money. Now ,I want my money refund from AIRTEL THANKS APP. The payment was done on 12 april,2020. but no solution had been made till the date. PLEASE, REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
