My no is 8302753451 vodaphone I had recharged of 458 through my paytm a/c on dated 8.10.2018 but due to network error I switch to another paytm a/c for the same and successful .but when I check later found my my earlier recharge also been done .on the same time my double recharged done .I asked to Cutomer care for adjustment or refund they clearly deny and also they deny to register my complaint …the person I talked alok sahgal and Mr sahil ali from Jaipur vodaphone customer care .this kind of act treat as harassment of customer time ,money and metal torture .please refund my amount otherwise provide me details where should i file complaint againt this kind of misconduct, unethical norms or policy of vodaphone.
