I ordered a product from Amazon on March 17, which was delivered to me on March 21, it was actually a wrong product, so I returned it on March 2 and I talked to Amazon Customs Service today on April 11, they are saying that you will not get the refund back. And they are not giving any reason for it. I want my refund please help me.
