Text of Complaint by Umang Gupta:

I have ordered patron earbuds p181 from jio mart on 16 august it was delivered me on 19 august product was damaged so I returned it my pick up was done on 20 august 2022 but my order status not changed I registered a complaint on 23august but they can’t resolve it still they only take time and not solved my issue and 7 working days later they can’t refund my money.
