I have shifted my address from Adai, NewPanvel, NaviMumbai to Bheema -B, Room No.16, Second Floor, Western Sector, BARC Colony, Trombay, Mumbai-400094. I have dismantle tat sky setup and shifted it to BARC colony and have raised a request to re-install it in my new address on 01/03/2019. Costumer care told me that they will send a technician as earlier as possible for re-installation. Four days has gone now, but installation is pending still now. No technician has visit my home for re-installation. I repeatedly call costumer care , but every time they told me to wait for two hours, technician will call you and visit your place for installation. Still now waiting for call. So please try to solve my problem as eariler as possible.
