I ORDER A PRODUCT “CYPHON VR 2.0” FROM FLIPCART ON 11OCTOBER 2023. NOW THIS PRODUCT RECEIVE MY NEAREST HUB ON 15OTCOBER 2023… AND SHOW THAT THE EXPECTED DATE IS 18OCT 2023.
BUT PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED ON 18OCT AND SUDDEN I GOT A MASSAGE FORM ECART THAT MY ORDER OUT OF DELIVERY. BUT AFTER FEW HOUR IS CANCELLED BY ECART ,,, AND AGENT PHONE CONTINUE SWITCH OFF … I ALSO COMPLAIN TO FLIPCART AND HE SAY THAT YOU ORDER DELIVERED BY 20OCT 2023 ….AND AGAIN I GOT MASSAGE FROM E CART THE MY PRODUCT OUT OF DELIVERY….BUT AGAIN THE AGENT NOT RECEIVE MY CALL AND CONTINUE BUSY AND WHEN GET RING HI DID NOT PICK UP ……. AM FRUSTRATED THIS BEHAVE…..MY ORDER KEEP IN MY NEAREST HUB ABOUT 4 DAYS .
