On 25th November 2018, I received an SMS from Airtel. The sender was AX-AIRGSS. It wrote “Pack validity for Airtel no XXXX will expire on 28-Nov-18 …”.
Earlier, in 2007, Airtel sold me a lifetime validity plan having expiry in the year 2037.
I would like to know reasons.
