Text of Complaint by Salil Thakur:

Dear sir,

My self Salil Thakur, prop. (M/s Sparsh Enterprises, Amroha). I have 20 nos. Of connection from your company Vodafon, but your service is very poor either your any one employee is not responsible and no7body pick my fon. If they will receive my call after trying many times called, they will not give me any satisfactory answer. It’s very shamefull for your company and employee. I’m here only for that I’m 4 or 5 years old customer of your company.

And now I am helpless and I will port my nos. To another network.
