This is to inform you that I am the customer of Tatasky since 10 years. My name is Shailendra Kumar and my tatasky id- 1126889508. I have subscribed their service named ‘Tata sky Binge’ which wasn’t working since 6th April. I have filed a complaint several times but they didn’t respond and continue deducting ₹249/month without getting it resolved. When I complained several times, they said that amount won’t be refunded and we will take our device back.
Sir/mam, I am a service class person for me ₹1000 is the big amount. Please help me get it refunded as soon as possible.
