Sir,
We are the villagers of kochilapada,pin-757103 beg to inform you that we are facing a lot of problem due to network issue of Jio at our location .
We lodge more than 20 complain to Jio for 2 years but everytime till now no permanent solution has been given by their side.Everytime they give us time but when the resolution time is gone then another complain is taken by their side and again a new resolution time has received by us.
In our recent DOT complain they told us that it would take 120-180 days to resolve,but we havent any faith on them anymore,So plz provide them a notice to resolve our problem immediately otherwise we will go to consumer court for legal process.
They all are irresponsible employees as they cant give us proper service till now.
Plz sir we have faith in you.Plz sir we face a lot of problem specially in education as their internet connection is not here properly.The jio office at Baripada told us everytime that when NHQ give them approval they have proceed.But till now no permission given by NHQ.In that area 3-4 village have no network of jio at our resident.More than 6000 peoples live here.
