we have booked ticket from Paytm and as we are new to Hyderabad we followed directions to theatre given in paytm link and map which led to us wrong theatre however Kamal manager of PVR panjagutta accpeted the mistake of paytm and he said wrong address has been directed by paytm and many customers are facing same problem. As that place was far from we had to buy new tickets and now even after multiple complaints paytm is denying to refund money and saying u had collected tickets.Kindly look in a matter and do needful
