We are running a NGO a called Ayaat Foundation, at remote area of Mukteshwar,Nainital. We work for villages.Create jobs for youth. Work for primary school children, provide them educational aids.We a have openeda village resort there. We are Delhi based. Couple of months ago we have purchased 5 tables sets @ 4 chairs each for our village resort. Transportation is a big problem in mountains. We have explained all our problems to one of the executives named Prabhu,who was handling our orders from Bangalore. After confirming the order,they took about one month to deliver our products in Delhi, without asking inspection from our end. Finally we have taken those products to our place in of the area Mukteshwar.We have found some of the chairs and tables were having manufacturing defects. So we started calling Prabhu,he was not picking up the phone. Finally we have managed to bring the things from Mukteshwar to Warehouse in Badshapur. We happen to meet Mr.Bhushan,we explained him every thing. He was very rude with us saying,these are damaged items,and they will bought back by co.on less than the half rates. We have paid 13,500 for one set and the dispute was for 2 sets. He said the co.will refund you only 11,000appx.for both the sets. We were there at Badshapur warehouse about 12o’clock till 4 o’clock he couldn’t make us free.We have left the the items at the warehouse only and left. My humble request is,we work for humanity,our problem should be taken genuinely for consideration.
