Dear sir,My father bought breand new jio Phone from shop and using it….but after few months phone display was broken….for solving this problem I have to go jio office/ jio service centre and ask about that….he saying it will be replace with new jio phone in 410 hundred rupees…ok….I have to pay money for it and he doesn’t give any receipt of money…..and says that come after 14:30…ok…when I have to go after 14:30 jio care boys say come after 17:30…. again I go at home…..and came again after 17:30….then jio care boys say…..you come tomorrow for that……….agin I have to go home and go next day…..when I go next day….jio boys say again that you come after 14:30……. again I go at home and come after 14:30… gain jio care boys give new time……he says same previous word which is says last 2 days……..it means jio care gave only time for change mobile…..and he’s talking and sound and behaviour was not in maner…I ask why you are giving lots of time…and time…..I have to burn my bike petrol aprox 500 RS……but problem was not solved…..I ask dear give me my mobile and mony which is I have to give you for exchange…. person talking like miss behaviour….and gave mobile and money…which I have to pay already…….but he not exchange my mobile…….so result is that…jio not letsun customer problem and not solved problems….it’s going with Government employees….now think about that….what he do with normal ruler public…..so many people come for something like that problems…..but every one go with new time…..think about that…..
