I received a message for installation appointment of Jio Fiber connection with order no NO0000HXJ3l6 is scheduled on 12-07-2021. Service Engineer arrived and told to be back in sometime. But service engineer didn’t return to my place. I tried to call him couple of times but he didn’t pick my phone. I did complain to the person who came for registration even after that no service engineer visited. It is such a unprofessional service Jio Fiber is providing. No option in customer care number as automatic voice process is keep on asking for requesting to get an invite for Jio Fiber connection. Please solve my problem.
