My Name is Saiyed Nasir . I am an existing customers of HDFC Bank and HDFC Credit Card Holder HDFC Bank. My Complaint against HDFC Credit card settlement Team. They send me settlement letter against my credit card due. I paid my full settlement amount for HDFC Credit card through net banking. I also send all details to settlement team many time on whatsapp. I called many times settlement team but they told me please wait your Closer will received you soon . Closer letter will received you from Channai Head Office. But not Recd yet. Today I received again recovery letter from HDFC Credit Card team from Channai. They Cheat me. In this letter they told me to pay Rs.54833 and 500 Rs legal Notice charge and also threat me in this letter to legal action against me, both cibil and criminal. I am also depressed with my family condition. Request you to please help me.
