Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Dr Rajdeep Mittal from Bharatpur,Rajasthan.I want to deactivate Vodafone sim services since JULY,2018 because the company had changed my plan without knowing me to their higher plans.and company also barred my outgoing calls from July;2018 but thenalso i had paid Rs1000 /- to them as non usage charges by them for the month of JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER 2018.Afterthen as per telephonic conversation with them the sim will be deactivated within 10 days and no further bill have to be paid….but in the month of November again bill of rs 100/- have come for the month of October,2018. And afterthen again in Dec;2018 bill of Rs 374.9 had come.
Daily these people’s are asking for reactivating the number with different opinions and numbers…
Sir/Madam I had get really frustrated with this company and with their services.I want to deactivate this sim
