Dear Sir,
I have been using Airtel DTH (3028971747) mapped with mobile no 7488093180 (Jio) for last more than one year.
One gentle man approached to me in my office on 20/03/2020.he offered me Postpaid plan. According to plan advised by him, 2 Postpaid connection and my DTH subscription all were in 899 plus taxes.
I agreed and he did the KYC formalities and activated one SIM on same day.
He told that SET UP BOX team will contact you for the DTH upgradation. But no one contacted for the same till now.
The person who had provided me the connection came to my office after my frequent call and follow up as my second SIM had to be activated.
After half an hour experiment he came to know that 2nd SIM will be automatically activated with upgradation of SET UP BOX. He left my office by promising that you will receive the call from SETUP BOX TEAM shortly.
I was keep on waiting for the call But I didn’t receive . Afterwards I tried to contact him (Mr Sathis 88704 83370). He started to disconnect my call,I would have called him more than 100 times but No result.
At last I recharged my DTH as well as phone.
Now the status is that One of my postpaid number given by him (9789093180) has not been activated yet. I did recharge for my DTH also.
But I have received the Bill fir 3 services, Mobile bill for 2 numbers (9789093180 & 9840193180) and for DTH.
I have already written for the same to 121@in.airtel.com on 8th April and 21 April But No one has replied yet.
Now I humbly request you Kindly deactivate both the numbers and stop the services as the earliest
I will be very thankful to you.
I am not liable to pay Bills as the said services has not been provided to me.
