Hello ,
I am a vodafone customer from last 10yrs and now a vi custome. In my Dec-jan cycle they charged me for Netflix subscription for which I made a complaint and they deactivated it saying I should upgrade to higher paying plan on which Netflix is free. I asked him to upgrade me and deactivate my Netflix which he said he did and I can reactivate it now again in current bill cycle they have again charged me 499 for subscription saying we can’t help if I ask to talk to senior manager still they say same. Pls help me I can’t pay for Netflix
