Change into prepaid connection of mobile no from postpaid
Three months back we have switched over to family plan by combining four airtel mobile nos
The sim nos are

9840234920 9994172446 9003051156 ,9150503973
We have paid postpaid bills till date one field executive velraj of cheenai has made postpaid connection as required by my spouse and my spouse sim is 9840234920

Now I want to change my sim 9994172446 Into prepaid as I am facing difficulty in doing mobile banking as the bank server is doing sim verification process while sending SMS
We contacted the field manager velraj to revert back the mobile no 9994172446 into prepaid last week but he refused to do
Hence immediate steps may please be taken
