I’ve submitted the work load given to me by Oracle data consulting in the required time period.
From their side I got a reply that i have got only 75% correct so they offered me a rework option. According to your side either I have to pay the penalty or I can go for the rework option by paying the rework amount. And I did pay the amount for re-work(AS HE TOLD IF I PAY FOR RE WORK , I WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY). But at that time I did not get any information from their side about anything else ,their employ did not even mention anything about the penalty. Then after 3 days I submitted the rework and contacted the customer care no ,then also he did not mention anything about any kind of penalty .Then after submitting I informed him the day after and he said I will get the payment plus the amount I have paid for rework. By the time he has given I called him today to ask about the payment.And today he said that you have to pay 2999 for penalty and I was shook by his behavior. I asked him that he should have informed me fast,then he started verbally abusing. I have not received my pay even after finishing my work
