Fooling people by providing incomplete information about recharges and services. Everytime whenever I pay the amount for recharges/services they came up with new excuse to make me recharge numerous times. It’s kind of chain to extract money from customers instead of providing satisfactory services and solutions. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. On contacting customer care executive they hung up on face with no explanation or solution to my complaint. I’ll consider it as a mental harassment and financial fraud to extract unlawful money from the customers. I definitely don’t want any services from them anymore. To leave their services I’m asked to make a new payment to run the complaint!
