Text of Complaint by Meher Praveen Thallapally:

Dear Sir ,

 

I have purchased Bajaj 10 litres New Shakti Geyser from Amazon and when the product delivered they have sent other different Product they have cheated me by sending other Product.

I have raised my Voice to Customer Care they have Convinced me for Replacement but I have Cancelled the Product.

But still I have Not received my refund amount when I am calling them they are telling 7 business working Days .

One day I got a sms that my amount will be refunded thru Cheque then I called them my mode of payment was credit card and also when some one sending me a cheque he need to take my bank Account proof so on 9th Dec 2020 they told we cancel the mode of payment cheque and u will get in 7 business working days.

Later I have received an Cheque of 5670 on Incorrect Name then when I called Customer associate they told sorry sir on 9th Dec mode of payment was not done now we will do it and u will get in more 7 working days .

I am always worried about wrong committment of customer associate lazyness and I want to raise a complaint on Amazon Customer associate for false commitment doing delay and also complaint on the geyser company as they delivered wrong product by cheating me and also send me cheque without any of my concern.
