On July 14th, I traveled from Lingampally (LPI) to Kakinada City Town (CCT) with the PNR number 4150923642 B3-70. I placed a prepaid food order (order number #1044369389) from the IRCTC app from Hut Kitchen, which was supposed to be handed over to me at Warangal Railway Station at 9:50 pm. I received a call from the delivery person who asked me to be at the door. As requested, I waited at the door, but in the end, the delivery person handed over another person’s order and left. When I checked the package details, I realized that I had delivered the order to the respective person in B3 68, I believe. I called the delivery person back and informed them about the issue, but they simply asked me to raise a complaint. It’s 10 pm now, and I’m wondering where I can get the food and how they can answer without taking any responsibility. I even provided feedback in the app stating that I haven’t received the food, but it has been 5 days, and I haven’t received any response. Please look into this matter and provide compensation for the inconvenience.
