I have placed an order of 8 fried rice and 4 noodles yesterday. Food was not delivered due of out of stock. I have talked to couple of executives the same night. Both confirmed with the delivery person and shop owner that the food was not delivered due to out of stock. But in the app it shows food was delivered successfully. I raised this complaint by emailing their support team. Telling me they would call back within 24hours. No response from anyone. Constantly seeker for help from chat executives, nobody is willing to solve this issue. They keep closing the ticket without even asking for full reason. What a pathetic service
