This is the second time since morning I ordered food and it was not delivered but the status shows delivered we waited a lot as the train was running late in the first order the food was not delivered and amount was refunded and in the second order it did not reach the seat neither they made a call the train haulted for sufficient amount of time, sometimes it’s not about money but wastage of time and betrayal, if this is the service provided by irctc even after paying money they must stop there business, imagine u r travelling with ur family waiting for ur food it’s late at night and u dont get food, u r hungry at this moment and ur complain will be answered in 3-4 working days.. And many times the websites also doesn’t work which is provided! It’s simply fooling people!
