I have ordered food through zomato app at 9:20 pm. Due to some problem of the delivery agent, I have got a call from zomato that I will receive the food within 30min. I tried to contact with the zomato customer service through live chat, till now they didn’t responded or delivered my order. Current status of my order is still showing food is being prepared. There is no response from zomato till now. They have not even refunded or apologised for not delivering. The scenario is that for those apps normal people remained uneaten for the whole night. Sufferer are the normal people.
