I had ordered from swiggy and upon delivery the box containing hot chicken Tikka masala was broken and spilled all over. When I complained to swiggy via their chat bot.. They only offered initially 1/3rd of the amount for the item as a refund. When I refused, their next offer was 2/3rds of the item. Again I refused as there was nothing to eat except the naans. The question to swiggy would be if the entire product is ruined and there’s nothing to eat, why should I pay to eat nothing. I have now waited for 2 hours and no resolution.
