To Sir/ Ma’am,
My name is Ansh Gupta. I have to raise a complaint on behave of my friend Archana Singh against Rekha PG. Archana is residing at the Rekha PG ( Address- 2 Work
Floor 2, Opposite Road Of Siddhartha Degree College, Nagarjuna Nagar Colony, Yella Reddy Guda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500073, India). I have a humble request to lodge a complaint against the REKHA PG for poor food quality and worker’s misbehaviour. The guest are being served with food which is of very poor quality. There have been many instances however they didnt take any steps to prevent this. Today on 28th January, 2024, the dinner served had hairs and when complained about the same to the staff, they replied – “ DOESNT YOUR MOM’S HAIR FALL WHILE COOKING, JUST PICK THE HAIR AND KEEP IT ASIDE”.
Moreover there has been a very disturbing issue that the water supply in bathrooms has earthworms that flow out of taps and geysers. When raised a complaint to the owner, she mentioned that look for another PG, dont have to stay there. My friend Archana has been complaining about this since the first day but I kept shut since we have a strict budget to stay in HYDERABAD. I am really concerned about the the health and the traumatic experiences that Archana has been going through. I myself Ansh Gupta called the PG workers acting as a quality inspection and mentioned that I am for the inspection against a complaint raised by an anonymous guest. On call I spoke to Lily ( worker) and she mentioned accepted the all the complaints are correct and later asked me about the person who did complain. I held her and replied that – “Do you want to threaten the person who complained? I have been receiving 6 complaints about this issue.”
Later after the call, Archana mentioned that Lily came to them and threatened them. I have a recording of this thread conversation.
I want to file an official complaint against the PG, workers, and the owner.
Please help me. I want redressal and get justice for the victims harassed by the PG workers and owner.
