Food order was completely spoiled. Restaurant is not responding and Zomato is providing no help

Text of Complaint by Ayush Khatana:

I ordered food from Burger King via Zomato. It took about an hour for the food to get delivered even though the restaurant is 10 mins.
When the order was finally delivered it was completely soaked because the soft drink was not packed with any care and spilled into the paper bag and seeped into every food item. Delivery partner refused any responsibility saying that it was packed by the restaurant.
Burger King did not answer any calls despite repeated attempts.
When I turned to zomato support for help they asked me for photo and video evidence, which I provided in under a minute. I was then told that feedback had been passed onto the restaurant. No refund was provided.
In the end I have spent my money for food that I cannot eat and continue to be ignored by both Zomato and Burger King
