Ordered food and waiting for same from more than an hour. Could see valet picking the food packet and just before 5 mins for delivery gets a call stating order is cancelled and could not deliver. Seriously @11:30 pm in night when some one is s hungry and waiting for food and at service provider cancelling the same at last minute is the worst service providing. More over when called on the Zomato priority number to know the reason for cancellation of order that representative has the audacity to disconnect the call without any clarification or justification for cancellation of order. Request honourable to take serious action against Zomato if not will go to social media tooo. Awaiting revert on it
