ordered fried spicy chicken from swiggy as it showed avilable while my order was suppose to be delivered a couple minutes before i got call from swiggy that the items are not in stock i was not happy but told them i can accept any alternative as i have guest coming they said cant to anything and they said as the amount was more tan 1000 what i paid so i will not get any replacement & for refund i have to wait for 7 days as its my mistake i paid with debit card & they said its not their problem that item was no available at the restaurant still it showed available on swiggy & restaurant said they did not accept the order it was automatically selected by swiggy for them so i’m out of money and food so humiliating
