I placed two orders on zomato simultanneously out of which one delivery partner comes to location called me and deliver order while other didnt call or didnot knocked door he just ran away with my food while zomato denied for refunding my money,Even on requesting again and again i said many time to customer care executive that mam its not my falt why i will pay for that , in end i told them if you guys will not solve my problem i will go to consumer court but they denied for refunding.
