Hi everyone,
I had ordered food from Zomato yesterday but the food did not reach on time. When I called to Zomato delivery boy he is showing me attitude and he said that we are the provider so it will take time you have to take or not this isn’t our purpose. So I would like to know if this kind of service is Zomato providing then how should we trust on it. They also said we can not refund your money because our policy didn’t allow us to do.. so in the end I didn’t get any food or my money return.
